These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PST Voice Web Hosting ("PSTVWH"), a service operated by Afford It Here LLC, located in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, United States.
By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
PST Voice Web Hosting provides internet radio hosting services including but not limited to:
Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis or as a one-time lifetime purchase depending on the plan selected. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately at support@pstvwh.com of any unauthorized use of your account. PSTVWH will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact us at support@pstvwh.com for a full refund. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable.
For monthly plans, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:
You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary music licensing for your radio station. PSTVWH does not provide music licensing and is not liable for any copyright infringement by its users.
We target a 99.9% uptime for all hosting services. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.
Service credits may be issued at our discretion for extended outages exceeding our uptime target. Credits do not apply to outages caused by factors outside our control including network disruptions, natural disasters, or actions of third parties.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, fail to pay for services, or if required by law.
Upon termination, your access to all services will cease and your data may be deleted. We are not obligated to retain your data after termination. You may request a data export within 7 days of account closure by contacting support@pstvwh.com.
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us or through your client portal at billing.pstvwh.com.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PSTVWH and Afford It Here LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to PSTVWH in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with PST Voice Web Hosting are owned by Afford It Here LLC and may not be used without prior written permission.
You retain ownership of all content you upload or broadcast through our platform. By using our services, you grant PSTVWH a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For significant changes, we will notify you by email at the address associated with your account.
Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
